PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer serving meals but have snacks, tea, coffee and cold drinks. 

Admission to the music is free – donations cheerfully accepted.
Music starts at 7:00 PM
Cake Raffle/Intermission at 9:00 PM
We call it a night at 10 PM!
You can also buy a ticket for the money drawing,
and drop by our Thrift Shop!
All proceeds go towards expenses for upkeep, maintenance, and utilities for the Old School, known as
the Camden Community Center.

Acoustic instruments are welcome on Friday evenings–guitar, mandolin,
fiddle, dobro, upright bass, banjo, harmonica, accordion, autoharp,
other acoustic instruments–if it doesn’t need to be amplified, you’re
welcome to bring it Fridays–we’ve even had bagpipes here before!
Check in with Friday host Hoydt Drury to get in the lineup.

Electric instruments, keyboards/piano, pedal steel, amplifiers and drums
are allowed on Saturday evenings only. This night is not an open jam session.
The music is provided by the Woodbine Opry Band and the Saturday night host
is Bob Staats. If you are interested in performing, contact Bob to check
on getting scheduled into the line-up. Only those musicians that are invited
by the host will be allowed to set-in with the band.

The Woodbine Opry provides microphones and sound reinforcement
both nights for vocalists and lead performers.

If you’ve ever enjoyed an old-fashioned get together with
some great old-timey music thrown in, then you’re going to
LOVE the Woodbine Opry. It’s a friendly group,
and you’ll only be a stranger once. There’s lots of nice folks
both onstage and in the audience who’ll make you feel at home
and it’s a great place to make friends–stop in and see us!
Oh, and be sure to sign the Guest Book at the auditorium entrance
when you visit–we like to know where folks are coming from!

FROM SAVANNAH, GA, BRUNSWICK, GA
& POINTS NORTH:

Travel south on Interstate 95, take Exit 14-Spur 25 exit for Woodbine, GA. Turn RIGHT onto GA-25 Spur, travel 2.3 miles and turn RIGHT on US Highway 17 North/GA-25 N which is the main drag thru Woodbine. Travel 0.5 miles and turn RIGHT onto E 4th Street. Go 0.1 miles and turn left onto Camden Avenue as you are facing the Camden County Courthouse. The Woodbine Opry is located in the Old Woodbine High School on the corner of 2nd Avenue and Camden Avenue in Woodbine.


FROM JACKSONVILLE, FL & ST. MARYS, GA
& POINTS SOUTH:

Travel north on Interstate 95, take Exit 14-Spur 25 exit for Woodbine, GA.
